ELECTRONIC FILE – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

1. In order to process your requests, Compagnie du Fleuve processes personal data concerning the Customer, identified as mandatory in the forms on the Website.

2. Compagnie du Fleuve undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the personal data communicated by the Clients on the Website and to treat them in compliance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended and currently in force.

3. The personal data of the Customer are collected and processed by Compagnie du Fleuve for the processing of requests.

4. The Customer may exercise his individual right of access to the file, his right to oppose, rectify or delete data concerning him by sending his request to Compagnie du Fleuve (indicating e-mail address, surname, first name, mailing address), by email.

5. The Website is designed to be particularly attentive to the needs of the Clients. It is thus used cookies, whose purpose is to report the passage of the Customer on the website (statistics).
